The First Family
Pastor Frankie & Sheba Jackson are the founders of Syracuse Salt of the Earth Ministries located in Central New York in the city of Syracuse. Pastor Frankie was born in Chicago, Illinois and later moved to Syracuse at the young age of 4 on the city Southside. Being one of 10 brothers and sisters, he attended several churches before finally discovering his call to leadership and received Christ at a young age.
Years later, he got married to Sheba Rockson from Ghana, West Africa and started a family in the US, and has 4 beautiful children. After years of serving as ministers and youth leaders at their former church, Pastor Frankie later stepped into his calling as an Apostolic Teacher and went on to establish "Syracuse Salt of the Earth Ministries" in 2001. The church began in a small upper room in a Presbyterian Church with about 10-12 people where they gathered weekly for prayer and bible study. Since that time, Pastor Jackson has published three books, created and established several multifaceted ministries including a discipleship school called "Elite Ministries Leadership Institute”.
Pastor Frankie believes his mandate is to help others rediscover, restore and reconcile their relationship back to God through the power of teaching. Pastor Frankie calling empowers him to equip, train and disciple the Body of Christ by restoring what he calls “Kingdom Doctrine" to the Church. This mandate to feed, lead and shepherd through preaching, teaching and prophesying the Word of God makes him a minister of reconciliation.
The ministry places a strong emphasis on the need to develop leaders and helping others to understand their relationship with God as Father, an essential part of the gospel Christ preached. Pastor Frankie strongly believes that God wants to have a relationship with all His children, which why all men must be born again (John 3: 16).
